At Magnolia, the chefs creations were simply incredible. They didn't just make one, they made three. First was a sriracha honey glazed scallop with an avocado mousse served in a fried nori cup. It was served with a perfectly cut and seared piece of salmon on top of glass noodles in a sriracha butter sauce. Dee-lect-able. Then there was their own spin of tuna sashimi, and the piece de resistance was the Hot Tomato. This tuna tomato stuffed with sriracha flavored rice & crab was a delightful party in my mouth AND it was so stinkin' cute! At Radex, I sampled the special salad of the night- complete with blueberries, goat cheese, and toasted pecans. I also shot the Penne Gamberetti.
